Could you make a difference to someone’s life?

Become a Care or Reablement Worker for Nottinghamshire County Council

Could you be a valued member of a team of relief workers providing vital social care to older and younger adults using our services across Nottinghamshire?

You will be able to work flexibly across one or more of our locations around the county as most of our services operate on a 24/7 basis.

As a relief care or Reablement worker, you’ll provide care or reablement to individuals staying or living with us or using our services. Reablement is about helping people to live the best life they can as independently as possible. The role will involve assisting with personal care, helping people to make choices with the activities of daily life and engaging in activities that are important to the people you are working with. Every day is different and includes various activities in the service or the local community.

If successful, you will initially be recruited as a relief worker, but could potentially progress to other roles and would receive support with your development and career progression.
