Service Advisor

Based in the MIS Mid team, you will respond to requests for support in a way that assists people to maximise their independence and safety which enables them to manage at home by providing information, referring to other services and booking assessments. You will also help the service by undertaking some tasks that are more administrative in nature, allowing other staff to concentrate on assessing and supporting people with more complex needs.
You must be highly organised, have good IT skills, be a natural problem solver, have a great telephone manner, and be an excellent communicator and team player.
