About the Role:
As a key member of our legal team, you’ll provide expert advice on a wide range of commercial property matters. You’ll support the Council’s ambitious target of securing £118.3 million in capital receipts over the next four years, working closely with service departments and senior officers on complex and rewarding projects.
This will be hybrid working with office attendance required and opportunities for some remote working, subject to the needs of the service.

Who We're Looking For
We welcome applications from qualified solicitors or barristers with non-contentious experience in property law. While previous commercial property and public sector experience is an advantage, it’s not essential—we provide full training and support for those new to commercial property and or local government.
