Our services support adults who have varying degrees of learning disabilities and complex needs.

We are looking to recruit a number of Relief Care Workers who are able to work in any or all of our services across Nottinghamshire. The services are based in Worksop, Mansfield, Eastwood and Bingham and require relief staff who can work flexibly across some or all of our shift patterns that cover 24/7.

As a Relief Care Worker, you’ll provide care and support to individuals staying or living in our services. This will involve providing assistance with personal care, supporting to make choices with the activities of daily life and engaging in activities that are important to the people you are working with. Every day is busy and most days there are trips out in the minibus or activities going on in the service.

If you are looking for flexibility in working hours, then this will be a great opportunity for you. Experience is not necessary for this relief role, as you will attend mandatory induction training. What is necessary are the right values, behaviour and attitude towards working with people who have a learning disability.
