An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and experienced administrator to join a busy and established team on a part-time basis (15hrs - Mondays and Tuesdays) and help provide front line administrative support to our Social Care teams to enable them to carry out their work with the children, young people and families of Nottinghamshire.  This is a varied role which can be challenging but also very rewarding.  
The successful candidate will have a wide range of experience including excellent keyboard skills and proven experience of using all Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint.

You will enjoy working in an administrative role, be organised, efficient, able to work on your own initiative, be supportive of others and possess good problem-solving skills.

You need to demonstrate a professional and flexible attitude, with a full appreciation of the need for confidentiality. 
It is essential you are able to demonstrate the ability to prioritise a varied workload, working quickly and accurately to meet strict deadlines. 
You should have excellent communication and customer service skills, be able to deal with people sensitively and treat customers and colleagues with respect and consideration.

Duties will be varied and will include sourcing and checking the accuracy of information, producing documentation, creating meeting invitation requests, data input & manipulation, minute taking, general administrative tasks and being a point of contact for families, professionals and social care colleagues. Relevant training will be provided.

The ability to work flexibly within a team to achieve shared goals is essential.

You will be able to work in a hybrid way, with an expectation that you work from the office one day per week and subject to Service needs.
