West View is a mainstream residential children’s home who provide a home for up to 4 children presenting with very challenging and demanding behaviours.

We are looking for inspirational individuals who have the right skills and knowledge to work with vulnerable children, meeting their physical, emotional and health care needs.  

Are you motivated, caring and committed to meeting the needs of the children you care for as well as having the ability and resilience to work in what can be a very physically and emotionally challenging environment?

You must have experience of working with children in a residential setting and have NVQ/Diploma Level 3 in Residential Child Care. 

This post involves working shifts which include weekends and bank holidays, the shifts are either 7:30am-3pm or 2pm-10:30pm on a rota basis, working weekends and sleep-in duties is a requirement of this post. 

We also offer enhanced pay for shift work including generous holiday entitlement, full induction will be provided for the successful candidate.

We are also proud of our staff team and the successful candidate will receive regular supervision with a senior member of staff. There are extensive training and development opportunities, which you must be prepared to fully commit to.
