Job Requirements: 

  • At least 2 years of post-qualifying experience as a qualified social worker  
  • Good communication, time management, and IT skills  
  • Knowledge of The Care Act and Mental Capacity Act  

Responsibilities: 

  • Work in a multi-disciplinary team and in partnership with other agencies  
  • Undertake Adult Safeguarding investigations  
  • Take an active role in Decision Support Tool Meetings for joint health-funded packages

The Mansfield Living Well team is a well-established, supportive team working with people aged 18-65 with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, and mental health issues in the Nottinghamshire area.
