Are you a qualified and HCPC registered Occupational Therapist with experience of successfully leading and motivating other peers, professionals and colleagues? Do you have an interest in developing and advancing Occupational Therapy in a large Adult Social Care Department?

Nottinghamshire County Council have established a permanent Principal Occupational Therapist post, to lead and develop Occupational Therapy to ensure a high quality and efficient service is delivered. You will work closely with the existing Principal OT and senior managers across the Adult Social Care department in this Strategic role, to respond to the changing needs of the department, identify and deliver opportunities for improvement as we integrate more closely with partners such as Health and lead the service forward in line with the department’s key principles of prevention, promoting independence and choice and control for Nottinghamshire residents.
