Pastoral Support Assistants
An opportunity to work in an outstanding National Teaching School housed in contemporary accommodation and located in the beautiful cathedral town of Southwell.
The Governors wish to appoint two enthusiastic, motivated and experienced Pastoral Support Assistants.
The Main School Assistant will join our highly skilled pastoral team and will help to establish high standards of achievement, behaviour and attendance among students within particular year group/s, along with supporting the welfare of individual students.
The Post-16 Assistant will work with the Director of Post-16 Studies and Deputy Director of Post-16 studies in the provision of pastoral support and action planning for individual students.They will join our highly skilled Post-16 team and will help to establish high standards of achievement and attendance. This includes re-establishing progress towards targets, along with developing the well-being of individual students.
