An opportunity to work in an outstanding School housed in contemporary accommodation and located in the beautiful cathedral town of Southwell.
The Governors wish to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced Premises Manager with experience of staff supervision and a willingness to carry out physical work. The applicant should also have experience of managing building security and maintenance and will be a primary key holder for the school site. Occasional out of hours call outs will be required, as is attendance at lettings on a rota basis evening and weekends.
Good IT skills are essential as is the ability to work independently on one’s own initiative whilst leading the Premises Team with demonstrably high standards.
Working hours are 37 per week, Monday to Friday between 6am and 10pm on a rota’d shift basis.
