Learning Support Assistant with the ability to operate a small school library

NJC Grade 3 Actual Term Time Only Salary is £13,878 – £15,066 (depending on experience)

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic LSA to work in school who can also manage a small school library on a day to day basis, to join our dedicated inclusion team. 

The post is exciting and whilst being based in the library the successful applicant will also deliver intervention strategies to SEND students in small groups or one to one, so that students they work with make positive progress by removing barriers to learning.

The school library is well stocked with books and is equipped to support the students and staff. A knowledge of Accelerated Reader would also be helpful but is not essential.  

The latest Ofsted report (May 2015) evaluated the school to be “Good” across all categories.
