Library Manager

Inspire: Culture, Learning and Libraries is a new charitable organisation delivering a range of cultural and learning services across Nottinghamshire. It has strong public service values and is dedicated to helping people achieve a love of reading, learning and enjoying cultural activities.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team in the key role of Library Manager at this busy and vibrant library. You will lead a team of staff and volunteers in the provision of a high quality and customer focussed library service. You will be responsible for the management, development and promotion of library services at Newark Library and the local branch libraries of Balderton, Collingham and Sutton-on-Trent.

You will have excellent team working, motivational abilities and communication skills; you must be able to set and achieve challenging performance targets and will be as committed as we are in helping to deliver excellent customer service every time.
