Strategic Business Partner
The Property Asset Management service at Nottinghamshire County Council is looking for a new Strategic Business Partner to join our established team and if you think the job is for you, we welcome your application.
The Strategic Business Partner role is critical in the planning and delivery of our Property strategy. Understanding our portfolio, its performance and suitability, understanding our service needs and the Councils priorities and seeking to make change in our portfolio to serve the Council and our residents into the future is at the heart of our work. The Council has declared a climate emergency and our portfolio needs to respond to that challenge.
You will be educated to degree level in a relevant subject and a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) or eligible for membership. You must show experience of working within a strategic property function, display effective stakeholder engagement and commercial awareness is a must.
