Service Desk Analyst
Nottinghamshire County Council IT Service Desk supporting council and partner organisation staff. You will be supporting the authority with all IT incidents and service requests via remote support through several mediums including calls, emails and webchat. You will be tasked with restoring service to users as quickly as possible and will be expected to adhere to targets and SLAs regarding this, working in a Hybrid environment. You must have experience of working within a service desk environment with good communication and problem-solving skills and demonstrate an ability to work with colleagues to find suitable resolutions for issues. You must have experience of supporting Windows 10 and the MS Office suite including MS Teams and M365 , with experience with other applications such as Cisco AnyConnect & Dragon being preferable.
