£18,516 - £19,264 per annum (A Living Wage Allowance is payable on all hours worked to bring the pay rate for this post up to a minimum of £9.90 per hour, maximum rate of pay for this post is £9.99 per hour)

Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 5.00pm

Friday: 8.30am to 4.30pm

This post is an excellent entry level opportunity to local government business support and will give you the opportunity to gain awareness and knowledge of the services provided by this Authority.

You will deal with central services functions at Reception and provide support to workers on site.

Day to day duties will include assisting members of the public and visitors face to face at reception and taking and fielding telephone calls.

You will also provide support to other services and teams both on and off site with various work task requests, which can include dealing with room bookings, incoming and outgoing post and parcels, checking stock levels and placing orders for stationery and equipment.

Sherwood Energy Village is based in two separate buildings with each building having 2 floors. There is a requirement that you are able to move between the buildings/floors to undertake the stationery and equipment stock checks.

Duties will also include searching, inputting and uploading information to various bespoke databases.

You must have a good knowledge of ICT and be experienced in using Microsoft systems. You must be able to communicate well in both verbal and written communication.
