This is a part time role working Wednesday am and all day Thursday and Friday as part of a job share.  We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator who is interested in working to support the Family & Friends Fostering Team to carry out their work within the Children and Families Department.  You should have a flexible and adaptable manner, as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is essential.  You will be required to support with a variety of administration tasks, including typing and formatting, scanning/uploading, data input and taking phone calls.  You will be organised, able to use initiative, prioritise incoming work, problem-solve and signpost queries effectively.

You will have good listening and communication skills, experience of using common Microsoft Office packages, i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel and SharePoint.  An eye for detail and the ability to handle confidential information in line with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
