Teaching Assistant
Eskdale Junior is an outstanding school with a team of hardworking and dedicated staff. We are seeking to appoint a suitably skilled and committed Teaching Assistant to work 16 hours each per week.
The post is to support children's attainment and progress for a range of abilities in literacy and numeracy across KS2 (Y3-6) both in class and at homework club. The successful candidate will work alongside the school SENDco, class teachers and existing support staff, delivering a variety of interventions.
This post is predominately for candidates who have worked in key stage two. This post is not suitable for those who only have experience in nursery or pre-school settings.
We require someone who has a bubbly, enthusiastic personality; a commitment to teamwork and their own professional development; a sense of humour; high expectations and good communication skills.
