Based within the Market Development and Care Standards Team, County Hall you will be self-motivated and enthusiastic and be able to help us in ensuring that contracted social care services meet contractual requirements.

We are looking for people who will be working proactively, and in partnership, with a range of independent sector 'care, support and enablement' providers in the delivery of care and support services to younger adults.  Ideally you will have direct experience of working with younger adults and an understanding of the challenges faced by Social Care Providers.

This role does include the monitoring of services, to ensure the delivery of high standards care, so you will need to be able to communicate assertively but sensitively in situations that can sometimes be difficult or complex.   

You will be assisting in the development, operation and maintenance of manual and computerised information systems allied to monitoring and evaluation functions. Experience in report writing and an understanding of performance indicators is essential.

You must be able to work under pressure, both independently as well as in collaboration, be sensitive to the confidential nature of the work.
