Study Programme Direct Delivery Manager

Inspire Learning is looking to appoint a dynamic and committed learning manager to manage our growing 16 to 19 Study Programme provision across Nottinghamshire.

You will have a strong track-record in managing Study Programme provision, including Traineeships, ensuring that the quality of teaching, learning and assessment and the outcomes for learners are good or outstanding.

Capable of motivating and leading a team of committed and professional Lead Tutors and Tutors, you will have experience of implementing approaches that maximise learner attendance, retention and achievement across a range of Study Programmes, Functional Skills Programmes and GCSEs.

Your dedication to supporting learners to achieve and progress will be matched by your attention to detail and ability to analyse data in order to promote a culture of continual improvement.

Inspire Learning is currently an Ofsted Good provider, but we are determined to become Outstanding.  This appointment will be central to helping us to achieve that goal.

We work with over 300 young people each year across Nottinghamshire, who would otherwise be at risk of becoming NEET, and we are justifiably proud of the difference that our Service makes to our learners' prospects and lives.  We are determined to do better, however, and are therefore seeking the right candidate who can assist us on our journey towards excellence.
