Science Technician

Required from September 2020. Working TTO Plus 2 Weeks.

The Joseph Whitaker School is a popular oversubscribed school of 1300 students with attainment levels above the national average at both GCSE and post 16. At our last inspection in March 2019, the school was judged as being “good”.

The Governors are seeking to appoint a science technician to work within the science faculty. You will be led by a highly experienced senior science technician. The faculty are a very cohesive team with high expectations and the desire to improve further.

Currently, we have plans for a new science block to be in place by April 2021, comprising of 4 classrooms plus preparation areas.
