Full Time
Brierley Forest Primary & Nursery School, Westbourne View, Sutton-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire NG17 2HT
Main Pay Range - UPS

We need an energetic, positive and resilient teacher to join our team as we continue to transform the learning experience of the children attending our school. Here at Brierley Forest Primary & Nursery School, the transformation is already underway; we have a fully refurbished and redesigned EYFS unit and outdoor space for KS1 children, alongside our new purpose built school. Our curriculum is underpinned by a commitment to securing excellent learning behaviours, which enable the children to make the most of the exciting curriculum we have recently re-designed. Learning is further enriched by a range of challenging and exciting activities such as climbing and paddle power but there is more to do.

If you are a confident and skilled practitioner who can quickly build effective relationships with children, including those who sometimes display challenging behaviour and you have an interest in developing your leadership skills, then this could be the ideal post for you to develop your skills and progress your career.

We are looking for someone inspirational who will initially work within a Year 4 class to secure the rapid and sustained improvements our children deserve.

Visits to the school are very welcome and will give you the opportunity to find out about our school and how you could contribute to our future development. Please contact the school to arrange a visit.
