Cleaner
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time cleaner to join our existing Premises Team from April 2023.
We are looking for someone who:
• Strives to be the best, having high expectations of themselves and their work
• Is well organised and demonstrates real commitment to team working
• Is reflective of their own practice and prepared to use their initiative
Duties will include:
• Cleaning, washing, sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing and vacuum cleaning of designated areas to the required standards
• Emptying litter bins, and removing waste to designated areas
• Cleaning of toilets and washrooms to the required standard where allocated
• Sweeping and mopping of dining areas, and school halls
• Using powered equipment where necessary (scrubbing machines, wet pick-up machines, vacuum cleaners)
• Cleaning of working surfaces and other furniture as directed
• Clearing up after flooding and/or any other emergency cleaning
• Effective and efficient on-site liaison with Cleaner in Charge/Site Manager to provide excellent standards of customer care
