Lead Teacher for Inclusive Learning

We are looking for an enthusiastic, suitably qualified and experienced teacher to lead and manage the Inclusive Learning Centre (ILC) at Carlton le Willows Academy. The successful candidate will provide vision and leadership for the ILC and ensure a high-quality learning experience for students that promotes and enhances an integrated approach to inclusive learning.

The successful candidate should be passionate about working to ensure success for students with a range of needs associated with behaviour and SEND, including those returning to school from alternative provision or school refusal.

Applicants will be expected to foster a caring ethos by building relationships throughout the Academy, ensuring that the needs of the students are met within an inclusive environment.
