Caudwell house in Southwell provides residential and short breaks for children with physical disabilities and health needs.
Caudwell has been awarded outstanding by Ofsted since 2011 and has a commitment to continue to improve and develop services provided for young people.
The role will require you to provide the highest standard of physical and emotional care, interact positively with young people, enable them to have a voice, contribute to providing a positive environment including play and leisure, work positively with parents and other professionals and enable them to reach their full potential.
You will be required to perform personal and intimate care and perform health procedures. Full training will be given by health professionals as part of a intensive induction process.
