As Deputy Head teacher you will have particular responsibility for leading and managing Teaching and Learning across school. You will also take on the role of Curriculum Champion, supporting our continuing development of our broad, balanced, relevant and engaging curriculum. You will have class teacher responsibility (initially for a Year 3 class) with protected release time to help you fulfil your leadership role. 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated practitioner and leader, determined to ensure that every child has the opportunity to reach their potential. You will have a deep understanding of teaching and learning and the passion to create inspiring experiences for our children across the school. As a partnership we hope you will have the ambition and drive to develop as a leader, ultimately with the aim of becoming a Head teacher. The school and trust will support you on this journey through fully funded access to NPQH, the opportunity to develop experiences across the partnership and a bespoke support through CPD and mentoring to develop your potential.
