Relief Care Workers (3 posts)
We are currently looking for enthusiastic and motivated people to join our Short Breaks service for adults with learning disabilities, in Worksop. It has 10 beds. Applicants will be expected to demonstrate a commitment to the County Council Equal Opportunities Policy.
The post involves working shifts to cover between 6.45am and 10.15pm and 10pm and 7am including weekends and Bank Holidays.
You will be assisting people with personal care as outlined in their care plans and arranging and delivering activities both inside and out in the community.
There are also some cleaning tasks that need to be completed on shift
You will need to work in line with the departments , financial and written record policies and have a awareness of health and safety
