This is a unique opportunity to support the development of teachers and school leaders to ensure that they can make a difference in the schools and pupils they come into contact with. This role will provide essential event coordination support to two organisations; Inspiring Leaders and Candleby Lane Teaching School Alliance (CLTSA) based at Cotgrave Candleby Lane Primary School.

As Events Administrator, you will work with and across both organisations to provide high quality event support for a range of activities, including our large scale annual residential conference involving international keynote speakers, regional events, training sessions and workshops across the East Midlands.

Inspiring Leaders and CLTSA works with a network of schools to deliver a range of training, programmes, support and interventions to drive school improvement and enhance the outcomes for children.

Our Events Administrator will:

•Have experience in events administration with excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise appropriately

•Have an ability to meet tight deadlines

•Be committed to providing high quality customer service

•Be an independent and pro-active worker, committed to supporting the aims of our organisations

•Be professional and able to manage confidential information appropriately

•Have the skills and knowledge to understand and manage client data

•Have forward thinking ideas and be willing to go the extra mile

•Always see the positive and have a sense of humour! (Essential)
