A fantastic opportunity has arisen, within the Complaints and Information team at County Hall, West Bridgford, for an Apprentice to join our team.

The role is an excellent opportunity for the right people to learn how the Council deals with Complaints and Information requests, you will also get a great insight as to how local government operates, as you will engage with various departments.

The team also provide Reception services for County Hall, so customer service skills are preferable.

You will need to have:

  • Customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to listen, and communicate effectively.
  • Attention to detail.

In return you will be working with a close knit team, who are extremely supportive and helpful.

You will gain great experience of how the Complaints and Information teams work, and will ultimately attain the Business Administration Level 3.

What is more important for the candidate is their personality and attitude, alongside a willingness to learn and develop.
