You must be able to demonstrate excellent customer care skills, be able to communicate effectively and be aware of maintaining confidentiality.

Your day to day duties will require you to work to very strict deadlines and on your own initiative and will include using electronic systems to maintain and record data. A good working knowledge of MS Office applications is essential.

Interviews will be held virtually.

Disabled applicants who meet the essential shortlisting requirements will be guaranteed an interview.
