We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator who is interested in working to support the Fostering Recruitment and Advertising Team to carry out their work within the Children and Families Department. 

You should have a flexible and adaptable manner, have the ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines is essential.

You will be required to support with a variety of administration tasks, including typing and formatting, scanning/uploading, data input and taking phone calls.

You will be organised, able to use initiative, prioritise incoming work, problem-solve and signpost queries effectively.

You will have good listening and communication skills with experience of using common Microsoft Office packages, i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel and SharePoint. 

You will have an eye for detail and the ability to handle confidential information in line with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
