An exciting vacancy has arisen within the Payroll Control team. You will be required to work as part of a team providing a cost effective Payroll service for NCC departments, Pension Fund, schools, Academies and other external clients in a timely and accurate manner using the BMS HR and Payroll systems.

You will be responsible for providing guidance and information on routine Payroll matters and to undertake core Payroll tasks.

Key responsibilities include:-

  • Assisting in the generation, processing and balancing of all payrolls.
  • Assisting in the balancing and distribution of monthly reports including ‘Real Time Information Files’ to HMRC, Teachers Pension reports for NCC and Academies.
  • Assisting with BACS processing for NCC, Academies and External payrolls using both SAP and BACS IP Systems.
  • Assisting with the process of payroll pay-overs for NCC and various external clients.
  • Regular application of tax code changes issued by HMRC direct into SAP system.
  • Loading of data import files from external bodies to ensure processed within payroll deadlines.
