We have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Planning and Analysis Assistant who is tasked with supporting the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager by assisting with internal reporting and financial monitoring activity, and all budgeting and forecasting activity across the Trust, with the primary purpose of supporting the achievement of outstanding educational outcomes for the Trust’s students.

You must be able to provide an excellent first-class financial planning and analysis service to all academies in the Redhill Academy Trust.

To be successful in this role you will have:
•    Good GCSEs/O-levels (Grade A*-C) or equivalent including English and Maths as a minimum
•    Organised with good attention to detail
•    Proficient in Microsoft Excel
•    Experience of working in a busy and changing environment
•    Proven ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of work    
•    Ability to relate well with staff and outside agencies
•    Able to follow direction and work in collaboration with Line Manager
•    Able to work flexibly to meet deadlines and respond to unplanned situations 
•    Accounting experience and/or experience of working in a school/academy would be beneficial
