Vacancy 1:
Salary - NJC Grade 2 scp 2-4 (equivalent full time, all year round salary is £18,516-£19,264. Actual part time, term time only salary is £13,850-£14,409 per annum). 
Work Pattern - 32.5 hours per week worked over 39 weeks per year but you will be paid for 45.4 weeks per year to include annual leave. .
Contract Type - Permanent

Vacancy 2:
Salary - NJC Grade 2 scp 2-4,(equivalent full time, all year round salary is £18,516-£19,264. Actual part time, term time only salary is £6,925-£7,205 per annum).
Work Pattern - 16 hours 15 minutes per week over 39 weeks per year. You will be paid for 45. 4 weeks per full year to include annual leave. 
Contract Type - Fixed Term Contract 1 year with the possibility of additional hours

Heymann Primary and Nursery School is looking to appoint two highly motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our happy and supportive team.

The roles will involve supporting the 1:1 pupil both in and outside the classroom. You would be working closely with class teachers and our SEND Coordinator to support learning for the individual pupils and with small group interventions. Initially this will be in our Reception or Nursery team but a willingness to work across the school is essential. Although experience in desirable, the job could also suit a candidate willing to learn.

We are looking for someone who:
•    enjoys working 1:1 with pupils and put the child’s wellbeing at the heart of all they do
•    is keen to develop themselves
•    can build a rapport with the children
•    will work well as part of a team
•    will track and monitor the children they are working with and look at the impact of interventions
•    has good communication skills
•    is able to liaise well with class teachers and SENCO
•    has NVQ 2 or equivalent 
•    has experience of working with children with complex needs
•    has experience of working with children with EAL
•    can lead small group activities and interventions
•    who has a positive attitude, enthusiasm and flexible
