You will have responsibility for providing contract administration on commissioned NCC property services and contracts. Undertaking bill validation, Value for Money Assessments, contract benchmarking and market testing.

You will support the Property Contracts and Commercial Manager in the contract management of a range of externally commissioned providers of property related contracts. The role also provides an opportunity to support partners to help towards the delivery of projects and services and will include working with internal and external stakeholders.

You will have a high level of personal drive, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work on your own and work well as part of a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to this role. You should also be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
