Working hours Monday to Thursday  8.30am to 5.00pm, Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm

The role will have a hybrid working style with time spent at Sherwood Oaks, Mansfield and some home working.

The Countywide AMHP Team  is a team working 24/7  undertaking mental health act assessments.  This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside and support a very productive team and with a diverse group of individuals on a daily basis.

Your daily duties will include working closely with the Team,  supporting them with any operational tasks and using electronic systems to ensure that activities are recorded accurately.

You will be the first port of call for anyone telephoning,  which could be professionals from partner agencies i.e. Psychiatrists or ward staff from NHS Trust or from Notts Police,  family members or carers.  You must be able to demonstrate excellent customer care skills, be able to communicate professionally and effectively at all times  and ensure you always maintain confidentiality. 

You must be able to work on your own initiative and be able to work to very tight deadlines.  You will be competent in the use of Microsoft 365 packages, have excellent word processing skills  and be competent in the use of spreadsheets.  You must be able to compile statistics and provide management information,  sometimes at short notice.
