We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and experienced Early Help Practitioner to join our team. The Early Help Unit is a customer focused service providing information, advice and guidance for professionals, children, young people and families wanting to access Early Help Services in Nottinghamshire. We aim to ensure referrals are appropriate and signposted to the service best placed to meet the needs of the child or young person. We support professionals in the use of the Early Help Assessment Framework (EHAF) including suggesting appropriate services to meet the needs identified in the EHAF.

You will have excellent communication skills and a minimum of three years’ experience of providing services to children, young people or families along with experience working in collaboration with a range of partner agencies and hold a minimum of an NVQ4 or equivalent. In return you will be part of a supportive team, have a robust induction and have the opportunity for ongoing professional development.
