Ranby C of E Primary is a small village school located just off the A1 between Retford and Worksop. Currently there are 96 pupils on roll with 4 classes.  Our Christian ethos underpins the values of the school making it a caring, warm welcoming environment in which to work.

We are seeking to appoint an office manager and PA who will work closely with the Headteacher, providing a full secretarial and administrative service, as well as being responsible for the day to day management of the reception and school office.

Hours: 26 per week

• Outstanding organisation and communication skills

• Excellent typing the ICT skills

• A forward-thinking creative approach

• Someone who is positive, enthusiastic and solutions focused

• Experienced in a similar role

• Full working knowledge of relevant policies/codes of practice/legislation

• Ability to use your own initiative to deal sensitively with a range of complex issues

• Ability to organise and supervise administrative and financial systems in school

The role will require a degree of flexibility as you may be asked to attend evening meetings and school events.
