Administration Officer

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Part- time Admin Support Worker to join our well known charity team at Citizens Advice Sherwood & Newark. We are looking for someone to offer administrative and office support to our clients, staff and volunteers. You will be a competent administrator who is able to work independently to help ensure the smooth running of our service, both remotely and in the offices.

As this is a busy and varied role, it is essential that you are extremely well organised with excellent attention to detail, be flexible and have a can-do attitude. We want someone who is passionate about giving an effective service to those most in need.

We require a skilled admin support worker to provide admin support to the generalist service and casework team, you will need:

• One years recent experience of office administration
• Experience of word processing, Spreadsheets, Google Workplace and Windows based software
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels
• Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload, prioritise and meet deadlines
• Basic book keeping and accountancy experience
