Providing support to women and their children experiencing or escaping abuse throughout Nottingham and region. We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Manager to join our dynamic team in an organisation which is at the forefront of domestic violence support. We are looking for a HR Manager to join our Business Support Team on a Fixed Term Contract to cover a period of maternity leave.

Reporting in to the Head of Service Finance and Business Support, you will be responsible for supporting the wellbeing of staff and being accountable for all aspects of the management, development, delivery and performance of the HR function. You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of all HR related policies, ensuring all HR policies are up to date and compliant with employment legislation and best practice. 

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role as either a HR Manager/HR Consultant or Senior Advisor. 
You will have a strong generalist background and ideally have experience of working within the charity sector. 

Interviews are likely to take place during the first two weeks of December 2017 with a view to start the appointed candidate in January 2018 (subject to change).
