We are excited to offer the opportunity for a temporary Quality and Contracts Manager leading the Short-Term Services (Hospital Discharge, Rapid Response and 24 hour Response), Day Care Opportunities and Extra Care team.

The fixed term position will be in place until the 31st March 2025, but with a possible extension subject to funding.

We are looking for a highly motivated person who can hit the ground running whilst leading and supporting a team of Quality and Contracts Officers to deliver community-based services contracts whilst working in collaboration with health and social care partners, and people with lived experiences.

The Quality and Market Management Team oversee the contracting of and quality of service delivery with independent sector care providers to support the social care market where people can be supported to live independently in their communities.

Due to the very nature of the community-based services contracts, you will need to lead, work and shape your team to deliver the County Council’s vision and ambitions around ‘helping our people to live healthier and more independent lives’. The team will report into the wider integrated strategic commissioning group and work alongside as peers with commissioners, operational services (internal and external market facing), and ICB to support and drive change in Nottinghamshire.
