Permanent Part Time Teacher - 16.5 hours per week

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding and creative teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will:

  • Have high expectations of children’s achievements, attainment and behaviour.
  • Be able to inspire and enthuse all learners.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of Key Stage 2 principles, curriculum and practice and be innovative in its application.
  • Have a strong understanding of assessment for learning.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team with a willingness to participate fully in the life of our school.
  • Be reflective in practice and willing to take a risk!
  • Use and teach ICT effectively to extend and deepen learning.
  • Be prepared to be part of the whole school community.
  • Be willing to lead a curriculum area.
  • Have a positive outlook and a sense of humour.
  • Be supportive of the Christian ethos of our school.
