Customer Service Operative
Nottinghamshire County Council wish to appoint a team member to provide an effective and efficient facilities service to the transport interchange site. There will be a clear focus on customer liaison & support, cleaning & site management duties and site security.
The Bus Station is open and manned Monday to Saturday, from 7am to 7pm. The successful candidate will work 37 hours a week over 6 days (6 hours and 10 minutes per day), and 2 shift patterns - AM and PM. They will need to be a team player, friendly, approachable and flexible. They will relish each day being different and welcome dealing with challenging situations under pressure.
