We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to support the delivery of key projects across the County Council’s programme of change and transformation.The successful candidate will be a high-calibre, experienced individual with extensive project management experience and demonstrable evidence of successfully developing, designing and delivering complex change projects. They will have the ability to understand and manage change in a fast paced environment and engage and support people through transitions.

The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation, challenge appropriately and secure buy-in. This will be coupled with the ability to plan, analyse, understand and interpret complex issues and encourage innovation, creativity and new ways of working. We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and tenacious individual with the ability and commitment to focus on the achievement of outcomes.
