School Clerical Assistant
Northfield Primary & Nursery School are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated and organised person with excellent administration and communication skills to join our warm and friendly school. 7 hours per week term time only per week-1.00 pm to 4.30 pm for two afternoons a week.
The successful candidate will
- Have experience of working in a busy office or reception and have excellent keyboard skills
- Help to provide a wide range of clerical, administrative and financial support to the school
- Have the ability to work under pressure
- Be able to manage a varied workload having due regard to confidentiality and safeguarding
- Have a knowledge of Microsoft Office, Sims and FMS (desirable)
