Technical Specialist
The Customer Service, Complaints and Information senior management team is looking for a passionate and accomplished Technical Specialist to join their established team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, agile team that never stands still. It’s busy every day, and every day brings new challenges and a need for creativity and innovation.
You will need to have a collaborative style and approach and a proven track record in:
- Thorough understanding of system design and development
- Anticipating customer needs to provide excellent service continually striving to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Concepts and practices required to implement and support effective IT solutions
- Flexibility to regularly rotate through different technical specialities and skill sets
