Vacancy to provide maternity cover for up to 12 months. Self-motivated and flexible person that is looking for a new and exciting challenge.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the ICELS Clinical Team supporting equipment prescribers across health and social care in Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire. Primarily based in Bilborough.

Working with the ICELS Partnership Manager, ICELS Senior Practitioner OT’s, lead commissioners, prescribers and the ICELS service provider (British Red Cross). The clinical team work together on a range of service development initiatives, leading change and promoting new ways of working.

Ideally you will have a breadth of experience and good clinical reasoning skills as you will be expected to support prescribers. You may need to provide assistance with recommendations for standard equipment and complex case management, providing guidance to ensure prescribers meet and adhere to service protocols. Working with a wide range of health and social care organisations covering adult and children’s services.

Competent in the use of IT such as webelms, excel and other standard Office tools. Additional training on all aspects of the role will be provided.

The post can be applied for as a secondment opportunity, but prior manager approval will be required.
