Business Support Administrator
You will be based at Meadow House, Mansfield (however due to the current restrictions we are all working from home), working within a busy School Admissions department. You will join a team of administrators handling and processing school admissions and free school meal applications for all children within the County. You will also be required to support the appeals process and in addition you will be required to make and receive calls, input data, check and verify information and work as a team.
You will be expected to work towards defined business standards and processes to ensure all information is administrated in line with the Admissions and Appeals code. You will also be expected to liaise with other departments, schools, other local authorities and parents/carers whilst handling and processing complex information within coordinated timeframes. In addition, you will have excellent communication and customer service skills, be able to organise your own workload, be self-motivated to be able to work independently as required and have an understanding of safeguarding and data protection.
