School Business Manager

Rufford Primary and Nursery School has a vacancy for a new School Business Manager.

This position has arisen because our current School Business Manager has decided to retire. She has been in post since 1994 and consequently strong and efficient systems are in place.

We are a family focused, welcoming school. Although this post requires excellent business management skills, it also involves a lot of interaction with children, staff, parents and the wider community and office staff need to be friendly, confident and supportive.

We encourage applications from suitably qualified people either with previous school experience or from other relevant sectors. The school is fully committed to professional development for all staff.

Unfortunately visits to the school are not possible at the moment however Alison Tones, Head Teacher is available for conversations about the role through Zoom (dates & times below):

• Thursday 1st April – 9.30am
• Wednesday 7th April – 9.30am
• Tuesday 13th April - 9.30am
• Monday 19th April – 2.30pm
