Customer Account Manager

In this role you will:

• Provide an outstanding experience to customers by managing and growing a territory.
• Complete accurate and efficient sales feedback demonstrating an understanding of the aims and objectives of the business and applying these to varied situations.
• Communicate with colleagues, managers, buyers and other internal partners on customer order enquires.
• Assess customer needs and make pro-active recommendations through investing in product knowledge and competitor offers.
• Work in an organisation with a strong reputation in the market for value, service, and great customer relationships.

Technical, skills and qualifications needed for the role:

• A full UK Driving licence.
• The ability and motivation to achieve key performance indicators and performance targets.
• The ability to manage your own workload, and can prioritise the tasks that are the most important.
• Excellent communication skills - oral and written.
• Basic computer literacy and keyboard skills.
• A good knowledge of basic Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
