This is an amazing opportunity for a SENDCo to join a dedicated team of staff in order to improve the life chances of young people at the Skegby Junior Academy.

The Role

An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen for a confident and passionate SEND Coordinator to play a pivotal role leading, developing and supporting practice for pupils with SEND in our Junior Academy.

We are looking for a non-class based SEND Coordinator who is able to lead provision across the Academy, with full support from our committed senior leaders. The role is for 2.5 days per week. At least half of one day will be to provide PPA cover for a class teacher. The successful candidate will also be expected to deliver interventions and support the safeguarding team when needed.

This is a highly rewarding part time role, starting in September or as soon as possible after this date.
